Ground Beef Taco Bowls

Taco bowls are one of the easiest ways to stretch a pound of ground beef into multiple meals. They’re customizable, great for meal prep, and perfect for families trying to eat well without spending more.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • Favorite Taco Toppings: cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, avocados, etc.

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add taco seasoning and prepare as directed.
  3. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, beans, and corn.
  4. Add toppings as desired.
