Ground Beef Taco Bowls

Taco bowls are one of the easiest ways to stretch a pound of ground beef into multiple meals. They’re customizable, great for meal prep, and perfect for families trying to eat well without spending more.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- Favorite Taco Toppings: cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, avocados, etc.
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet.
- Add taco seasoning and prepare as directed.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beef, beans, and corn.
- Add toppings as desired.
