- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef with garlic. Drain if needed.
- Stir in pasta, broth, cream, and seasoning. Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in mozzarella until melted and creamy.
