Sheet Pan Beef & Potatoes

Sheet pan meals are a lifesaver on busy nights. This beef and potato recipe keeps cleanup simple and makes the most of having quality beef ready to go in the freezer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (sirloin, roast slices, or stew beef)
- 1 lb potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss all ingredients with oil and seasonings.
- Spread on a sheet pan.
- Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
