Sheet Pan Beef & Potatoes

Sheet pan meals are a lifesaver on busy nights. This beef and potato recipe keeps cleanup simple and makes the most of having quality beef ready to go in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sirloin, roast slices, or stew beef)
  • 1 lb potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss all ingredients with oil and seasonings.
  3. Spread on a sheet pan.
  4. Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
