This Quarter Beef Bone-In Share secures your spot in our Spring Harvest Program for March–April 2025 delivery. Each share includes approximately 100 lbs of premium, USDA-inspected beef, raised right here on our family farm in Missouri — with no hormones, no antibiotics, and no vaccines.

💡 Deposit Details:
This deposit reserves your quarter share at $12/lb finished weight. Your deposit will be applied toward your final total, billed after harvest based on the exact weight of your share.
➡️ Out-of-state shipping is available at $15/lb finished weight.
